What does the one-time setup fee cover?

The $10,500 setup fee covers server provisioning and configuration, initial data migration from your current systems (Celerant, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, etc.), compliance system integration with FastBound, distributor API connections, POS terminal setup, staff training, and 30 days of go-live support.

Are there any per-user fees?

No. All FFLERP plans include unlimited users. Whether you have 2 employees or 20, the monthly cost stays the same. There are no per-seat charges, no transaction fees, and no hidden costs.

Can I switch plans after signing up?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle. If you need features from a higher tier, we can activate them immediately and prorate the difference.

What if I already have Odoo?

If you're running Odoo Enterprise or Community, we can install our FFL-specific modules directly into your existing instance. Setup fees are reduced since we don't need to provision a new server. Contact us for a custom quote based on your current configuration.

Is there a contract or commitment?

FFLERP plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.
