- Business data stored within your dedicated ERP system — this data belongs entirely to you and is governed by your service agreement
We do not purchase, rent, or acquire personal data from third-party sources.

- To send service-related communications (system updates, maintenance notices, security alerts)
- To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage patterns

How We Keep Your Data Safe

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our business:
- Google Cloud Platform — server infrastructure and hosting
- Cloudflare — DDoS protection, CDN, and DNS
- CrowdSec — intrusion prevention and bot detection
- FastBound — ATF compliance integration (for ERP clients only)
Each third-party provider is bound by their own privacy policies. We select providers who maintain strong data protection practices and do not share your data beyond what is required to deliver their services.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months unless you become a client, in which case your information is maintained as part of your active account.
For ERP clients: upon cancellation of services, we maintain your server and data for 30 days to allow for data export and transition, after which the server and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
